1. What is Plebgraph?

2. What details do I need to apply for a loan?

You'll need your ID proof (Aadhar/PAN), Address Details, bank details, and course details/fee structure from your institute. All details can be added directly through the app.


3. Which courses are eligible for financing?

We finance virtually any certification, diploma, or skill-building course that enhances your professional capabilities. This includes tech, business, design, language, and other professional courses from recognized platforms.


4. What is the interest rate and how is it calculated?

Our interest rates are customized based on your profile and course type. You’ll see a detailed breakdown before accepting the offer, with no hidden fees.


5. How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are approved within 24 hours of completing all required details. Once approved, disbursement typically happens within 1–3 business days, directly to the user's bank account.


6. How much credit can I avail?

Plebgraph offers a loan for anything between Rs.10,000 and Rs.1,00,000/- depending on the applicant's eligibility. The approval amount of every applicant may vary as the same is calculated digitally by considering the digital footprints of the applicant, application details, past credit behavior, etc. You can check your eligible amount using the app itself.


7. What if there is a delay in the disbursement?

In extremely rare case scenarios, if there is a delay in disbursement due to a technical issue from the bank's server, your repayment due date will be adjusted according to the date of your loan disbursement.


8. Can I repay my loan early?

Yes, you can prepay your loan partially or fully at any time with no prepayment charges, depending on your loan plan. There's complete transparency with no hidden fees.


9. Do you finance online courses?

Absolutely! We finance both online and offline courses, including self-paced learning programs, MOOCs, bootcamps, and live online classes from reputable platforms and institutions.


10. What is the cooling-off period?

A cooling-off/look-up period is the time window as determined by the Board of the NBFC which shall be given to borrowers for existing digital loans, in case a borrower decides not to continue with the loan. No additional fee would be charged during the cooling-off period and the borrower is liable to pay only the disbursed loan amount. The cooling-off window is determined to be in 72 hours.


11. How can I deactivate my loan?

You can deactivate the loan from here only during the cooling-off period.

1. How can I change my mobile number?

To update your mobile number, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Plebgraph app on your device and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “Personal details.”
  3. Locate “Mobile Number“ and click on the “Change” button next to your current mobile number.
  4. Enter the New Mobile Number and Click on Send OTP.
  5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your new mobile number and continue with the steps.

2. How can I update my Email ID?

To update your Email ID, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Plebgraph app on your device and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “Personal details.”
  3. Locate “Email ID“ and click the “Change” button next to your current email ID.
  4. Enter your new Email ID and click on Save to update.

3. How do I delete my data?

To delete your data, click on this link . Please note that deleting your data is permanent, and you will not be able to recover it.


4. How do I delete my Plebgraph account?

You can delete your Plebgraph account in two ways :-

- Request deletion through the Plebgraph app under app settings.

- To proceed with account deletion click here


5. Is account deletion reversible?

No, account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your account, it will be permanently erased from Plebgraph's platform, and you will no longer be able to access it.


6. How do I cancel my delete request?

To cancel your delete request, simply click on the "Cancel" button in the delete account confirmation screen by clicking here . Your account will be restored, and you will continue to have access to your loan account. You can also cancel the delete request from the Plebgraph App: Steps to cancel a delete request from the loan app:

  1. Open the Plebgraph app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “App Settings.”
  3. Click on “Delete Account“ and click on Cancel for Request Account Delete.

Note: You can only cancel your account deletion request within 7 days. After 7 days, your request for delete is not acceptable.


7. What happens to my data after I delete my Plebgraph account?

Your data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from Plebgraph's system. However, Plebgraph is legally required to store your KYC and other loan-associated data for regulatory purposes. You will lose access to your profile, account history, data, and any associated content.


8. Can I retrieve my Plebgraph account or data after it's been deleted?

No, once your Plebgraph account is deleted, you cannot retrieve it or the associated data. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Plebgraph's platform in the future.


9.Will deleting my Plebgraph account remove my personal information from Plebgraph's servers?

Yes, Plebgraph will delete your data on our platform. However, Plebgraph is legally required to store your KYC and other loan-associated data for regulatory purposes.


10. What should I do if I have trouble deleting my Plebgraph account?

If you have trouble deleting your Plebgraph account, you can call our support team at +91 22 4143 4799 or email them your query at support@plebgraph.com .


11. Is there a waiting period before my Plebgraph account is deleted?

Yes, your Plebgraph account will be deleted within 7 working days. This action is irreversible, and you will not be able to take a loan using the same mobile & PAN number in the future.
