    4. Accept the loan offer and your approved loan amount will be credited to your account within minutes.
  3. How does Plebgraph determine my loan eligibility?
  4. Plebgraph assesses your eligibility based on a combination of factors including your financial profile, monthly income, and creditworthiness. The app also reviews your financial SMS transactions to provide a secure and accurate assessment.

  5. How do I know if I’m eligible for a loan?
  6. You can check your loan eligibility by registering on the Plebgraph app and completing your KYC. The app will assess your financial profile and provide you with a loan offer if you're eligible.

  7. What documents are required to apply?
  8. You only need your PAN, Aadhaar Card, and a selfie for the KYC process. No additional documents are required.

  9. Who is eligible to apply for a loan?
  10. To be eligible for a loan on Plebgraph:

    - You must be at least 21 years old.

    - Salaried employees need a minimum monthly income of 2,000.

    - Self-employed individuals and small businesses/vendors should have a minimum monthly income of 2,000.

  11. Can I apply for a loan if I am self-employed or a freelancer?
  12. Yes, Plebgraph offers financial solutions tailored for freelancers, gig workers, solopreneurs, and self-employed individuals. You can easily apply for a personal or business loan based on your financial profile.
  13. How much credit can I avail?
  14. Plebgraph offers an instant loan for anything between Rs.18000 and Rs.36,000/- depending on the applicant's eligibility. The approval amount of every applicant may vary as the same is calculated digitally by considering the digital footprints of the applicant, application details, past credit behavior, etc. You can check your eligible amount using the app itself.

  15. How long does it take to get the loan?
  16. Once you complete the application and your KYC is approved, your loan can be disbursed within just 5 minutes

  17. What is the interest that you charge?
  18. The interest charged on your loan amount is approximately 18%. However, these details may vary from one applicant to another as the same is digitally calculated. You can find detailed information about your Loan in the app itself when you apply for the same.

  19. Can I increase my loan amount after approval?
  20. No, once your loan is approved and disbursed, you cannot increase the loan amount. You will need to apply for a new loan after repaying the existing one.

  21. I don't have a PAN Card & Aadhaar card. How can I apply for a Loan?
  22. Plebgraph offers loans without any physical documentation. Therefore, to ensure a 100% digital approval process, your PAN Card details & your Aadhaar card are mandatory documents.
    As per RBI guidelines we recommend you get a PAN Card & Aadhaar Card as these are mandatory documents and apply for a Loan with Plebgraph.

  23. What if there is a delay in the disbursement?
  24. In extremely rare case scenarios, if there is a delay in disbursement due to a technical issue from the bank's server, your repayment due date will be adjusted according to the date of your loan disbursement.

  25. Are there any processing fees for the loan?
  26. Yes, a nominal processing fee is charged based on the loan amount. This fee is deducted before the loan is disbursed into your account. The processing fee includes applicable GST.

  27. Can I apply for more than one loan at a time?
  28. No, you can only apply for one loan at a time. However, once your current loan is successfully repaid, you can apply for a new one

  29. Can I cancel my loan application after submission?
  30. Yes, you can cancel your loan application at any time before the loan is disbursed. Once the loan is credited to your account, you will be required to follow the loan agreement terms for repayment

  31. Can I apply for a loan outside of working hours?
  32. Yes, Plebgraph is a fully digital platform, so you can apply for a loan 24/7 through the app or website. Loan approval and disbursement are automated, so you can get your funds at any time, even outside of traditional banking hours.

    C. Repayments
  1. What is the repayment tenure?
  2. The loan tenure can range from 3 months to 24 months, depending on the amount and type of loan you choose.

  3. How can I check my repayment date?
  4. The details of your repayment are mentioned on your app home page. We also send you repayment reminders via SMS & notifications to help you make your repayments on time

  5. How do I repay my loan?
  6. You can repay your loan through convenient monthly EMIs. Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, or other digital payment methods. Plebgraph will notify you before your due dates to ensure timely payments.

  7. Can I make the repayment before the due date?
  8. Yes. You can make the repayment before the due date by simply visiting the Plebgraph app. You can click on the "PAY NOW" li on your app home screen to make the repayment.

  9. What happens if I miss a payment?
  10. If you miss an EMI payment, penalties may apply based on the loan agreement. We encourage you to pay on time to avoid additional charges and maintain a good credit score.

  11. How often are the loan details submitted to the credit bureaus?
  12. The loan history and repayment details of all our customers are forwarded to the credit bureau every quarter. The credit bureau may take at least a week to update the same on your credit report.
    For more details regarding credit report updation, kindly contact the respective credit bureau.

  13. What is the cooling-off period?
  14. A cooling-off/look-up period is the time window as determined by the Board of the NBFC which shall be given to borrowers for existing digital loans, in case a borrower decides not to continue with the loan. No additional fee would be charged during the cooling-off period and the borrower is liable to pay only the disbursed loan amount. The cooling-off window is determined to be in 72 hours

  15. How can I deactivate my loan?
  16. You can deactivate the loan from here only during the cooling-off period

  17. Why am I not eligible for the cooling-off period?
  18. There can be multiple reasons why you are not eligible for the cooling-off period.

    1. The Stipulated 3-day time limit is over.
    2. No active loans.
    3. Repayment is partially paid.
    4. Disbursement is under process.
  19. Can I prepay my loan?
  20. Yes, you can prepay your loan in full before the scheduled tenure.

  21. I have made the payment, but the same is not updated in the app? What do I do?
  22. Don't worry! It sometimes takes up to 24 to 48 working hours for the payment to get updated in the system. In rare scenarios, if there are any technical issues from your bank's server, the money will get reversed into your account within 7 working days.

  23. Is there any penalty for late payments?
  24. Yes, late payments may attract a penalty. We recommend making timely payments to avoid penalties and maintain a good credit score.

    D. Manage Account
  1. How can I change my mobile number?
  2. To update your mobile number, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Plebgraph app on your device and log in to your account.
    2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “Personal details.”
    3. Locate “Mobile Number“ and click on the “Change” button next to your current mobile number.
    4. Enter the New Mobile Number and Click on Send OTP.
    5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your new mobile number and continue with the steps.
  3. How can I update my Email ID?
  4. To update your Email ID, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Plebgraph app on your device and log in to your account.
    2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “Personal details.”
    3. Locate “Email ID“ and click the “Change” button next to your current email id.
    4. Enter your new Email ID and Click On Save to Update.
  5. How do I delete my data?
  6. To delete your data, click on this link . Please note that deleting your data is permanent, and you will not be able to recover it.

  7. How do I delete my Plebgraph account?
  8. You can delete your Plebgraph account in two ways:

    - Request deletion through the Plebgraph app under app settings.

    - To proceed with account deletion click here

  9. Is account deletion reversible?
  10. No, account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your account, it will be permanently erased from Plebgraph's platform, and you will no longer be able to access it.

  11. How do I cancel my delete request?
  12. To cancel your delete request, simply click on the "Cancel" button in the delete account confirmation screen by clicking here . Your account will be restored, and you will continue to have access to your loan account.

    You can also cancel the delete request from the Plebgraph App:

    Steps to cancel a delete request from the loan app:

    1. Open the Plebgraph app and log in to your account.
    2. Go to the “My Account” section and select “App Settings.”
    3. Click on “Delete Account“ and click on Cancel for Request Account Delete.

    Note: You can only cancel your account delete request within 7 days. After 7 days, your request for delete is not acceptable.

  13. What happens to my data after I delete my Plebgraph account?
  14. Your data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from Plebgraph's system. However, Plebgraph is legally required to store your KYC and other loan-associated data for regulatory purposes. You will lose access to your profile, account history, data, and any associated content.

  15. Can I retrieve my Plebgraph account or data after it's been deleted?
  16. No, once your Plebgraph account is deleted, you cannot retrieve it or the associated data. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Plebgraph's platform in the future.

  17. Will deleting my Plebgraph account remove my personal information from Plebgraph's servers?
  18. Yes, Plebgraph will delete your data on our platform. However, Plebgraph is legally required to store your KYC and other loan-associated data for regulatory purposes.

  19. What should I do if I have trouble deleting my Plebgraph account?

  21. Is there a waiting period before my Plebgraph account is deleted?
  22. Yes, your Plebgraph account will be deleted within 7 working days. This action is irreversible, and you will not be able to take a loan using the same mobile & PAN number in the future.

    E. Auto Debit
  1. What is Auto-debit?
  2. Auto-debit is an option where users can configure recurring payments to be automatically processed on a set date. This facility lets you transfer the stress of remembering multiple payment dates every month.

  3. How Does Auto-debit Work?
  4. Here are the steps for how auto-debit works in simple terms

    1. Register for the auto-debit with your preferred bank.
    2. Proceed with the same bank for loan disbursal.
    3. Make sure you have enough balance in your bank account at least 2 days before the scheduled date. This is necessary to make a successful repayment automatically.
    4. Payment deduction will take place at its scheduled date
  5. Why is the Authorized Amount for Auto-debit Set at Rs 99,999?
  6. The maximum limit of Rs 99,999 for auto-debit is considering future increased loan amount eligibility. However, only the repayment amount as per your Plebgraph loan will be automatically deducted.

  7. What are the benefits of the Auto-debit facility?
  8. Auto-debit is a one-time registration process for hassle-free payments. Auto-debit lets you transfer the stress of remembering payment dates every month. Timely repayments boost your credit score.

  9. Is there a fee for using the Auto-debit facility?
  10. Plebgraph does not charge any fee for auto-debit registration but your bank may have a fee for registration as well as auto-debit failure due to insufficient balance. Refer to the question of charges.

  11. I'd like to set up Auto-debit from a different bank account.
  12. You can add the preferred bank to your Plebgraph Loan application flow and register for auto-debit provided the bank is eligible.

  13. When will the repayment amount be deducted from your bank account?
  14. The repayment amount will be automatically deducted on the scheduled date specified in the Plebgraph Loan.

  15. What if my account does not have enough funds on the scheduled date?
  16. Auto-debit repayment will not be processed due to insufficient funds and you can do a manual repayment using the pay now option in the App. Additionally, be aware that your bank may impose a fee in such cases.

  17. If you have registered for Auto-debit, Is it still possible to make a manual payment?
  18. Yes, you can manually pay any time before the scheduled date. On the scheduled date, the auto-debit process will be initiated automatically.

  19. How many days before the scheduled date should I keep the balance in my bank account?
  20. Make sure you have enough balance in your bank account at least 2 days before the scheduled date. This is necessary to make a successful repayment automatically.

  21. What are the charges for Auto-debit?
  22. There are no charges for auto-debit registration at present. However, the banks may charge verification charges that vary across banks.
